By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that all sales are final and tickets are transferable only. The Amarillo Lincoln Reagan Dinner 2026 organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event. Program details are subject to change without notice. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use. Guests agree to comply with venue policies and applicable laws.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refund & Transfer Policy – Amarillo Lincoln Reagan Dinner 2026

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for tickets or sponsorships.

  • Ticket transfers are allowed. If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to another guest.

  • Sponsorships and reserved tables may also be transferred, but organizers must be notified in advance to update guest lists.

  • By purchasing a ticket or sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / Transfer-Only Policy.
